A bespoke design by Highbury Homes in the coastal suburb of Floreat. The owners are a busy couple with young children, and wanted a low-maintenance finish for their family residence.

This Floreat residence is a fantastic example of a classic design inspired by the quintessential Australian beach house. Traditional weatherboard detailing complements the modern, hard-wearing properties of the acrylic texture coating and create a contemporary yet timeless facade.

Our team rendered and textured the house using Solver Granosite in Colorbond Surfmist, including the Aerostone stick-on corbels on the elevation.
